Prashant advises clients on issues concerning Commercial Laws including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Security Laws, Telecommunication and Media Laws. He also handles litigation, regulatory and arbitration matters on the aforesaid subjects.
An avid observer of the policy and regulatory changes, Prashant has advised and represented Fortune 500 Companies, Private Equity firms, Investment Bankers, Government of India and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). His clientele includes some of the biggest names in the telecom, infrastructure, real estate, and financial services sector.
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Before co-founding Sarvottam, Prashant has worked at some of the leading law firms in India like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Dhir and Dhir Associates and KNM and Partners Law offices. He is an alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune.

Varun is a litigating lawyer and a partner at Sarvottam Law Offices. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Varun is adept in handling complex civil, criminal, and corporate litigation before the Supreme Court of India, high courts of India, district courts, company law boards, appellate tribunals and national state, and district consumer forums. He has also handled writ petitions against State authorities and Union of India, including challenges to provisions of law.
Varun acts for various Multi-National Companies, foreign funds, leading financial institutions, government organizations, foreign corporations, and high net-worth individuals, in commercial disputes in India and overseas. Apart from dispute resolution, Varun is regularly favored for matters concerning antitrust and competition compliances, environmental issues, white-collar crime, and intellectual property.
To his credit, having worked in both law chamber and a leading law firm, Varun has excelled in knowledge of the Indian courts and technique required to conduct arbitrations. Varun has been a part of many of the matters setting precedents in India and is recommended by clients as the ‘most sought’ practitioner for his out-of-box and tailored approach.

Shubham is a founding partner at Sarvottam Law Offices with enriching experience in dispute resolution and general corporate advisory.
Shubham advises investors, conglomerates, multinationals in all forms of commercial and noncommercial disputes including investment disputes, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and property disputes. He has been involved in cross-border arbitration and regularly represent clients before various courts, regulatory bodies, and tribunals of the country.
Shubham carries with him the ability to handle legal complexities proficiently and has assisted clients with company law, environment litigation, insolvency resolution process, and policy advisory. With keen interest in emerging startup sector, Shubham advises ecommerce, technology, IOT, fintech, venture capitalists, in setting up of the entity, regulatory and compliance issues, fund raising, structuring, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and exit strategies.
Shubham is an alumnus of Institute of Law, Nirma University and assisted some of the legal luminaries before co-founding the firm.
